Meet Adam Golden

On Becoming a Real Estate Agent in the Tri-Valley

Adam GoldenMany years ago, I set out on an adventure. It was an adventure to discover a new hometown. I was looking for something totally different from the desert feel of Arizona, the place where I spent my first twenty years and graduated from college. This new hometown needed to be comfortably relaxed, with plenty of green, have lots of things to do and great weather. Along with my high school sweetheart, Jessica, I found that imagined small-town community and the place my family now calls home, in the Tri-Valley.

After a successful career in Information Technology, I made a bold decision that impacted my life forever. I left Systems Consulting for a career in Real Estate, and I have never looked back. Being a Realtor allows me to take better advantage of the things I love about being a professional – working with people, solving problems, and making clients extremely happy.

Real Estate Philosophy

Conducting business with people you respect and trust is essential to forge a working relationship that spans a lifetime. You relate to someone who understands your thoughts and dreams. Someone who genuinely listens and hears what you are saying, and who provides outstanding client care with total integrity. I do my best everyday to exceed my real estate client’s expectations in all these areas.

My goal as a professional, full-time Realtor is to build lifelong client relationships. My superior dedication to my clients is evident not only during the initial transaction, but through the years. For buyers, this begins by providing the best possible guidance through diligent service, experienced negotiation, and precise contract execution in order to secure the desired home. For sellers, it starts with executing a powerful marketing plan and employing strategic pricing and negotiation excellence to earn the highest price possible for their property within the fastest timeframe, while keeping disruptions to family life at a minimum. Long-term care continues after the initial transaction is complete and includes resource and information referrals, advocacy, on-demand counsel, and much more.

When you trust someone to guide you through one of the most complex and important processes of your life, you must know that you are working with an experienced market leader who has your best interest at heart. I am blessed enough to love what I do. And when you love what you do, it flows through your work and into successful results and opinions of others. My love of the real estate business, combined with my total integrity, outstanding client care, and market knowledge, has garnered warm appreciation from my clients and the respect of my peers. Here are some of my professional highlights of distinction and earned designations:

  • Top Real Estate Agent (Individual or Team) - Prudential Hopyard 2007
  • Top Individual Real Estate Agent -  Prudential Hopyard 2006
  • Voted by Real Estate magazine as one of the nation’s 50 Realtors on the Rise
  • Chairman’s Circle Award Winner - Prudential 2007
  • Grand Masters Award - Bay East Association of Realtors 2007
  • EcoBroker Certified
  • Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR)
  • ePRO (real estate industry technology specialist)

On my own homefront, I am a very proud dad to two children, ages 7 and 4. When I am not working with clients, I enjoy staying healthy and loving life in the Tri-Valley… you might spot me at 24 Hour Fitness in San Ramon, mountain biking in Pleasanton or Danville, enjoying a meal at Katy’s Korner, Itto Sushi, or Forbes Mill Steakhouse, or simply spending precious time with my family at Emerald Glen Park in Dublin.

About the Tri-Valley Area

The “Tri-Valley” takes its name from the three adjacent valleys that make up our region: Amador, Livermore, and San Ramon. The triangle-shaped area is about 18 miles southeast of Oakland and 33 miles east of San Francisco. Nestled in these beautiful, scenic valleys are the historic towns of Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon, and Danville. The Tri-Valley is rooted in rich history, welcoming travelers since the California Gold Rush, when the area was the main route from San Francisco to the Sierra Foothills. While maintaining a small-town feel complete with friendliness and charm, the Tri-Valley also embraces the modern advancement of the Bay area with our exceptional business centers, entertainment and fine art complexes, as well as top-rated schools and amazing parks.

The people who embody the Tri-Valley are friendly, diverse and sophisticated. There is a real focus on family life, with top-rated public and private schools, creative and beautiful parks, quality community recreation activities and classes, and convenient shopping and economic centers. The Tri-Valley also offers an extensive list of outdoor activities, biking, running, and hiking are all popular and easy options at any of our scenic Tri-Valley trails. The Tri-Valley is also home to the Livermore Valley Wine Country with nearly 40 wineries, each encompassing a relaxed and unique wine tasting experience.
