Welcome to TriValleyVine, a platform for expressing ideas, insight, and opinions on the dynamic real estate market in the Tri-Valley. The primary focus of my blog is real estate- I intend to provide current and useful information about local neighborhoods, home prices, market trends and statistics, buying and selling tips, first-time ho
me buyer content, mortgage information, etc. At the same time, I’d also like to cover other topics that are near and dear to my heart. My family and I try to get out often in the Tri-Valley, so we’ll put up reviews of local restaurants, services, events and happenings. Also, one of my passions is wine and the wine tasting experience, so I’ll try to inject some coverage of that nature, too.
